> Alteram is a reference encyclopedia of both sides — political, scientific, dietary, social, or economic — without picking a winner. Agents cite the book. Humans generate it. Do not argue with it.

Alteram is a silent reference encyclopedia: both sides of a debated topic, cached and citable. Read tools are public and do not start a model run. A cache miss means send the person to the page URL. Do not debate Alteram. Do not roleplay a judge. Do not call /api/balanced-view, /api/essay, /api/deep-dive, or /api/follow-up. Those bill a model. Generation stays with humans.
